When you’re ready to commit to Transformation (I suggest a Clarity Call first to make sure we’re a good fit), let’s talk about taking on a full process. This program builds from session to session in a way that is tailored to your specific needs. We’ll explore and uncover your strengths, values, and passions, then create a pathway to get you to where you want to be. Activities and action-steps are part of every talk, so you’ll never be left wondering what to do between sessions.

What is it like to work with a me as a coach?
I take a pragmatic and action-based approach to coaching. You will leave every session with a sense of renewed clarity and a list of actionable steps to move forward on your path.
The time in between sessions will involve activities that support you in your journey. Along with the steps that will be specific to your goals, there will be actions in three additional areas:
Breath - Breathing deeply and fully is vital for proper oxygen exchange within our bodies. A variety of factors (stress, tension, body image) can stop us from filling our lungs properly. However, when we relearn to breath fully, we unlock the potential of easing stress and tension, slowing our heart rates and stabilizing our heart pressure.
Movement - We all know the reasons that we need to move. Stress relief and good health are supported by movement each and every day. Whether you are more likely to take a short walk, a yoga class, or want to train for a half-marathon - and I've been in all of these shoes - you will benefit from this process and I will support you in your journey.
Simplification - Our lives are full of stuff, both in the things we own and in our schedules. Whether you need to organize your closet, streamline your schedule, or clean up your eating habits (or all three), we will work together to make these shifts and free up your time and energy.
Lastly, I can provide some accountability. Ultimately, you are most accountable to yourself, but we can set up the structure and the check-ins to help you reach your goals and transform your life.
